How to Gain Catalyst Charges in Season 3?
You earn Crystallized Ethereal Voidsplinter items (the Catalyst charges) every two weeks automatically. You can also pick up an extra charge this season by earning the The War Within Season 3: Voidborne Victor achievement, which rewards one additional charge.
After maintenance in your region, head to the Catalyst vendor in Dornogal. Select any eligible Season 3 non-set item and convert it into a Manaforge Omega class set piece – and you should be done.
