Milestone has opened pre-orders for Screamer on PS5. The arcade racer is scheduled to release on March 26, 2026. Two digital options are available on the PlayStation Store: the Standard Edition for $59.99 / A359.99 and the Digital Deluxe Edition for $69.99 / A369.99. The Digital Deluxe Edition includes additional customization items and grants access to the game three days before the official release.
All pre-orders receive the Chromed Style Pack. Digital Deluxe pre-orders also include the Iridescent Style Pack.

Milestone is also offering three retail variants. The physical options and their contents are described below.
- Day One edition, which includes the two Style Packs and a digital comic book that expands a character’s backstory.
- Echo edition, which bundles the Digital Deluxe upgrade and adds a steelbook case plus the Day One bonuses.
- Collector’s edition, which contains the physical base game, a premium steelbook, the Digital Deluxe upgrade, a Shadow Alpha figurine of Hiroshi’s car (30 cm / 11.8 in), a Hiroshi figurine (10 cm / 3.9 in), a plush Fermi keychain, six collectible stickers, six collectible art cards, a printed comic book, and a themed box.
