Escape from Tarkov reached its 1.0 milestone in mid-November 2025, and players immediately turned their attention to the game’s four story endings. In the weeks after launch the Savior ending, widely held to be the hardest and the most conclusive, was captured on video and circulated by streamers.
Early completions appeared from figures such as Tigz, but the first PvE completion was acknowledged by Battlestate Games via a post on X. That recognition accompanied a recorded run by a player named Tsukinogi. Another streamer, Youmoxiangche (in-game name NeverPlayScav), uploaded an hour-long VOD that shows the sequence widely believed to be the Savior ending on BiliBili.
Looks like the best “Savior” ending has been done on PVP @bstategames. Favorite weapon as the AA12 is actual gigachad behavior 🗿 https://t.co/8IcOq4WtOs

The VOD follows a tense Terminal run that ends with the player extracting onto the ZUBR Boat after fighting Scavs, RUAF, and Black Faction enemies in a PvE environment. On board, the captain attempts to assassinate the protagonist but is stopped by a friendly RUAF soldier. Bodies are seen being dumped into the river as jets fly overhead and what appears to be a nuclear warhead detonates on the city of Tarkov. The player character receives a unique ring, and the RUAF soldier closes by saying it is up to them to decide their own fate.
What matters is we’re alive, and now we’ll take down those bastards from TerraGroup. The whole world will know the truth.
From here on, we decide our own fate.
The final beats of the Savior ending read like a dangling narrative thread – a survival, a ring, a declaration of revenge – and they line up with Battlestate Games saying it is working on “other games” in the Tarkov universe and planning DLC now that 1.0 is live. ConsolePCGaming previously reported on one ending that requires 500 million rubles, which underscores how varied and extreme the post-launch endings can be. Players who want to watch the Savior run can view the hour-long VOD on BiliBili.
