Team Ninja, known for their impressive work in action RPGs, has announced pre-orders for their latest title, Rise of the Ronin, are now open. This game is set to launch on March 22nd, 2024, exclusively for PlayStation 5, marking it as the developer’s most ambitious project to date.

Pre-ordering any version of the game grants players early access to four Combat Styles, offering a variety of gameplay experiences. These styles include Hayabusa-ryu for Katana and Naginata, Nioh-ryu for Katana, and Aisu Kage-ryu for Katana. Additionally, players will get early access to the Iga Ninja’s Katana and Armor Set, although these items will be available later in the game.
Those opting for the Digital Deluxe Edition are getting some extra perks. This edition includes exclusive weapons like the Iga Ninja’s Staff and Toyokuni Paired Swords and two unique armor sets, the Bando Warrior Armor and Japanese Formal Wear. To top it off, this edition also comes with a digital art book and soundtrack, perfect for enthusiasts who appreciate the artistic elements of gaming.
Rise of the Ronin offers an open-world experience set during the turbulent Bakumatsu period in 19th-century Japan. The game has been in development for seven years, and from the looks of it, Team Ninja has put immense effort into creating an immersive and engaging world.
