Preston “Priestahh” Greiner has announced he is stepping away from competitive Call of Duty after more than a decade in the scene. The announcement was shared on his X account, where he reflected on his career and the reasons behind the decision.
In his message, Priestahh wrote, “The past 10+ years have been some of, if not the best years of my life. But as I’ve gotten older and times have changed, I started to drift away from the ‘fun’ aspect of the game.” He added that a recent return to the Challengers circuit left him feeling mentally drained.
Stepping away from competitive COD.
The past 10+ years have been some of, if not the best years of my life. I've met some of the most amazing and talented people throughout my career in competitive Call of Duty. This wasn't an easy decision, especially because it's been such a…

“I really wanted to go out with a bang… I hopped back into Challengers to see if I would find that spark and drive again. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for me,” Priestahh said in the post.
A Decorated Call of Duty Career
Priestahh built one of the most consistent careers in North American Call of Duty. He won nine major tournaments and was part of the New York Subliners squad that captured the world championship in 2023. His league experience spans multiple teams across eras, including Minnesota RØKKR, Atlanta FaZe, Boston Breach, and Los Angeles Guerrillas. He also played for the Las Vegas Falcons during the 2025 season.
After competing in the Call of Duty League, Priestahh continued playing in the Challengers ecosystem. Most recently he competed with Falcons Academy White and logged several podium finishes at North American Challengers events late in 2025 and into early 2026.
Priestahh’s Future
Priestahh thanked his wife, family, teammates, and coaches for their support and said Call of Duty will always remain part of his life. He did not outline specific next steps beyond pursuing goals outside of competitive play. His statement concluded simply: “Onto the next chapter.”
