Pokémon Sleep’s Good Sleep Day event returns in May 2025, bringing players a chance to boost their sleep points and Pokémon EXP. This marks the twenty-second Good Sleep Day event and the fifth in 2025.
Your Drowsy Power will be amplified during the event, helping your Snorlax grow more significant than usual. The event encourages players to get quality sleep to make the most of these bonuses. The event repeats monthly, occurring the day before, the day of, and the day after the full moon.

The upcoming event runs from May 12th to May 15th, 2025. Players can participate from any research area.

Event Bonuses
- Pokémon sleep styles not yet registered in your Sleep Style Dex will appear more often.
- Drowsy Power is multiplied by 1.5 on May 12 and May 14 (the day before and after the full moon).
- On May 13, the full moon day, Drowsy Power is multiplied by 3.
- Pokémon Sleep EXP is tripled on May 13.
- Pokémon Sleep EXP is doubled on May 12 and May 14.
- Bonus Sleep Points: 1000 on May 13, and 500 on May 12 and May 14.
- Using Incense during the event further boosts effects, especially Growth Incense which helps raise Pokémon more effectively.

On the full moon night (May 13), their appearance rate increases significantly. On May 12 and May 14, they will appear more often than usual.
How to Take Part in the Event
Simply tap the “Sleep” button before going to bed during the event period to track your sleep. This will activate event-related effects during your sleep research.
On the full moon night (May 13), you get:

- Pokémon Sleep EXP ×3
- Bonus Sleep Points +1,000
On May 12 and May 14, the day before and after the full moon, you receive:
- Drowsy Power ×1.5
- Pokémon Sleep EXP ×2

Notes
- Each event day resets at 4:00 a.m.
- Bonuses apply only to sleep data tracked during the event period.
- Reporting sleep data tracked before the event without immediate review will not grant bonuses.
- Sleep data tracked during the event but reviewed after it ends will still receive bonuses.
- Bonus sleep points are awarded once per day; multiple sleep sessions in one day do not grant extra points.
- Bonuses do not apply during the tutorial sleep tracking.
- Event effects apply regardless of the research site.
- Incense effects stack with event bonuses. For example, Growth Incense on the full moon night multiplies EXP gains by 6 (×3 from the event and ×2 from incense).
