Patch 11.2 will introduce a fresh raid tier in World of Warcraft, bringing a new meta-achievement for players to pursue. This time, the focus is on the Manaforge Omega raid, where completing specific boss challenges will reward you with a distinct mount. If you enjoy ticking off raid achievements, this one might be worth your time.
The meta-achievement, called Glory of the Omega Raider, will become available when the Manaforge Omega raid opens on August 12. Players will need to complete a series of achievements related to each boss encounter, all on Normal difficulty or higher. Note that Raid Finder difficulty won’t count toward this meta-achievement.
Requirements for Glory of the Omega Raider
To earn this meta-achievement, you must complete all the following achievements inside the Manaforge Omega raid:
- Of Mice and Manaforges – Defeat the Plexus Sentinel after saving all mice from atomization on Normal difficulty or higher.
- Time to Vote! Cute or Scary? – Defeat Loom’ithar after the raid decides whether to /cower or /cuddle it before the fight on Normal difficulty or higher.
- Mother of All Tantrums – Defeat Soulbinder Naazindhri after defeating all Little Unbound Souls on Normal difficulty or higher.
- Cheat Meal – Defeat Forgeweaver Araz after feeding a Void Forged Echo to the Dark Singularity on Normal difficulty or higher.
- I See… Absolutely Nothing – Defeat the Soul Hunters after all players have worn Adarus’ spare blindfold at least once on Normal difficulty or higher.
- Breaking the Fourth Wall – Defeat Fractillus after destroying a fourth wall 18 times on Normal difficulty or higher.
- King’s Ransom – Defeat Nexus-King Salhadaar alongside a hidden assassin on Normal difficulty or higher.
- Defying Gravity – Defeat Dimensius, the All-Devouring, after each raid member has been hit by Reverse Gravity at least once on Normal difficulty or higher.
Mount Reward: Umbral K’arroc
Once you collect all eight achievements and claim the meta-achievement, you will receive the Umbral K’arroc mount as a reward. It’s a striking, black-winged mount that will stand out in your collection.
