The Phantom Thieves from Persona 5 have been used in plenty of crossover spots, but the latest one is unusually fit-focused. A post from the official Fitness Boxing Twitter/X account borrowed Persona 5’s instant messenger UI and text about a new kind of training between two participants, which many are reading as a hint at a crossover.

The post’s font and framing are unmistakably Persona 5. The wording referenced a two-person training session rather than a typical guest appearance, which leaves open the possibility of a themed workout DLC or a full Persona x Fitness Boxing release. The timing also aligns with the Persona series’ 30th anniversary in 2026, making a celebratory collaboration plausible.
The franchise has a history of unusual pairings. The most visible example of off-console was Joker joining Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Fitness Boxing itself has previously crossed over with other unexpected properties. Fans are pointing to the Persona 5 soundtrack as a natural fit for a rhythm-driven exercise title.
At this stage nothing has been formally announced by Atlus. The Fitness Boxing post is the clearest public hint so far; until either publisher posts full details, the scope of the collaboration, whether it’s a downloadable costume and music pack, a new mode, or a standalone boxed product, remains open.
