Nioh: Complete Edition on PC, the game that has managed to get a lot of positive feedback from its fan base since the launch. After its launch, despite it controversial port and bad keybinding setup, it’s time to deploy some additional fixes. Team Ninja has published new fixes that are considered as core and going to add some changes to the game.
Therefore, the patch titled 1.21.01 holds various bug fixes only, without any further explanation on one bug that has come active recently.
Furthermore, Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo have decided to change the save property in Nioh: Complete Edition, which is there to contribute for a faster loading and everyone that has been expecting various stutters after a load file has been opened, it should be gone. Also, rankings are getting a reset, with the amount of glory remaining the same. Coming as core issues, below you may find the full changelog of patch 1.21.01.
We know it’s sad, but you better not expect to find improved keyboard controls at all.
- Fixed a bug in which save data would not be properly saved if your username contained one or more double-byte characters.
- Fixed a bug in which launcher settings would not be saved if you had not previously launched the game before.
- Fixed a bug relating to the “Glory Contributed” rankings in clan battles.
- Rankings will be reset, but your original amount of Glory will be uploaded to the server the next time you acquire Glory.
