Nexon has finally laid out the shipping plans for the goods rewards tied to The First Descendant events held since June. If you snagged some swag from these events, here’s what you need to know about when and how your prizes will arrive.
Starting August 20, 2025, Nexon will begin shipping items from the 1st Anniversary Raffle Event. The other two events—the Discord 1st Anniversary Descendant Fest 2025 Live Participation Event and the Grab the Breakthrough Web Event—are also included, but exact shipping start dates for them weren’t specified. Shipping timing might differ depending on where you live, so patience might be required.
For players in Korea, updates on your shipping status will come through the phone number you provided. International players will get their updates via email. If you’re outside Korea and won some goodies, Nexon needs your email to keep you in the loop. You’ll have to submit it between August 11 and August 18, 2025 (PDT). Just log into the game, look for the “EMAIL SUBMISSION NOTICE” banner, scan the QR code or click the button there, and enter your info on the linked page.
Missing this window means you won’t be able to track your package, and your delivery could be delayed or even canceled. Plus, some regions might not get deliveries at all due to local laws. Yikes.
Shipping costs? Nexon’s got that covered. But heads up, delivery could take up to 2 to 3 months depending on your location. Also, if you gave wrong shipping info, they won’t be responsible for lost or returned packages. Your personal info is strictly for shipping and won’t be used elsewhere, which is good.
