As you know, Fortnite’s servers were down for an extended time, leaving players for 2 hours without the ability to play the game. Data miners have started toying with the files during the maintenance to find what’s new in the latest update. Apparently, there are a couple of innovations, among which a map alteration is also found.
According to HypeX, a known Fortnite data miner, Fortnite’s map will be changed. The area between Steamy Stacks and Craggy Cliffs will be changed, while Frenzy Farm will face destruction. The map’s leaked image shows that a lake has emerged and will probably make Frenzy Farm go away for good.

What do you think about this change? Does it fit you? Honestly speaking, everyone’s excited about seeing more changes coming on the Fortnite island. The island currently feels dull and promotes a somewhat repetitive gameplay experience (despite the fact that we’re talking about a BR), which differs from the first chapter by a mile.
