Arch-tempered Arkveld debuts as a permanent event quest when the update goes live on February 18 (UTC). It will also appear in a new Free Challenge Quest starting March 19 (UTC). Capcom says each of the apex predators in the game will receive the 10★ Arch-tempered treatment in permanent event quests.

Contest rewards and collaboration
Players can obtain the winning designs from the Original Weapon and Pendant Design Contest by completing a new event quest titled Every Hunter’s Dream. The update includes the contest weapon and pendant designs as in-game rewards.

Monster Hunter Wilds will also run a collab with Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection. The collab grants Palico equipment modeled after Rudy the Royal Palico and special Monstie-themed pendants.

Anniversary event details
The anniversary event runs from Wednesday, February 18 to Wednesday, March 18 (UTC). It includes a special anniversary login bonus and a weekly rotation that revisits previous Festival of Accord content. Players who log in during the event can claim a Hunter Appreciation Pack.

New event quests will appear each week. The rotation includes a quest that awards special pendants, a quest that features the least hunted monster, and a quest that grants the Gala Suit α armor set along with Felyne Star α Palico equipment.
