Honestly, Microsoft might be overthinking things, but hey, it’s nice to have a feature that will allow unsatisfied users to roll back to Windows 10 in case Windows 11 causes some difficulties. By October 2021, Microsoft has promised that a finalized version of Windows 11 will be available, and consumers owning Windows 10 may download it as a free upgrade.

According to the FAQ on the Microsoft Official Website:

Q: “If I don’t like Windows 11, can I return to Windows 10 after an upgrade?.”

We really don’t know if users would ever use the rollback, but it’s good to note that Microsoft has committed to this option. With the rollback, all of the data will be reverted to its original stance, and faulty applications on Windows 11 would eventually become vital again on Windows 10.
