Konami has unveiled exciting news for Metal Gear Solid enthusiasts, with the forthcoming release of the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1 on Nintendo Switch. Set to launch on October 24, this collection will serve as a treasure trove for fans, offering a sweeping experience of the iconic series.

The Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1 encompasses a selection of legendary titles that have captured the hearts of gamers worldwide. The collection features Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Players can relish the opportunity to revisit these beloved classics or explore them for the first time on the popular Nintendo Switch platform.

One notable addition to the collection is the inclusion of the NES versions of Metal Gear and Snake’s Revenge. While details regarding their exclusivity to the Switch platform are yet to be clarified, the prospect of experiencing the origins of the Metal Gear series on the portable Switch device is undoubtedly enticing.

In addition to the games, the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1 offers fans abundant supplementary content. Players will have access to the Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 2 digital graphic novels, further immersing themselves in the captivating narratives of the series. The collection also boasts screenplay books and master books, providing in-depth story and character information for enthusiasts seeking a deeper understanding of the Metal Gear Solid universe. Strategy guides for each game will assist players in conquering challenging missions, while a digital soundtrack will accompany their nostalgic journeys.
