Square Enix has decided to share two new videos of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, highlighting its exciting combat mechanics and how Guardians tend to synergize in battle, as each one of them operates with a unique specialty and ability on the field.
Judging from the videos, Rocket is the group’s multi-target explosive specialist, Groot its protector and healer. Drax can be considered a staggering wrecking ball with his powerful attacks that do tons of damage in one go, like a battering ram. At the same time, Gamora assassinates single target enemies to take them out quickly before they have time to react or set up their defenses against other members’ attacks! This shows us their distinct personalities both in and out of combat.

Speaking of highlighting combat mechanics and features, Marvel’s Guardians of The Galaxy is supposed to have exciting and profound lore similar to the movie itself. In the game, players will have certain freedom as they will point their teammates in a different direction. You will be leading your teammates with directions while also trying not to get lost yourself! The Milano is a new ship in the game, and it’s your job to pilot it through various locations from Marvel.
Marvel’s Guardians of The Galaxy will release on October 26.
