Marvel Rivals is ready for Season 3, which will bring a Summer Party Event alongside new swimsuit skins inspired by the Marvel Swimsuit Special comic. This update adds a fresh, seasonal twist to the game’s ongoing content.
The Summer Party Event is scheduled to launch on July 18, 2025, just a week after Season 3 begins. While the event’s duration remains unknown for now, it promises new quests that reward XP and other goodies. There might even be a limited-time game mode to mix things up a bit.
Swimsuit skins are a highlight of this event. The designs are drawn from the Marvel Swimsuit Special: Friends, Foes & Rivals comic, which will be available starting July 9, 2025. Executive Producer Danny Koo shared on X that characters receiving these new skins include:
- Psylocke
- Luna Snow
- Thor
- Loki
These new costumes will give players a fun way to celebrate summer in the game, and I think it’s kinda charming to see characters like Thor and Loki rocking swimsuit looks, don’t you?
Season 3 itself will introduce more than just this event. It will launch with Phoenix available immediately and Blade joining later, along with a new map and other additions that should keep players busy.
