Lost Ark Will Get Two New Classes and Whole New Continent

Gunslinger mains, it’s definitely time for a change. Amazon Games and Smilegate RPG have recently revealed their April and May roadmap for Lost Ark, which clearly holds nothing but magnificence. Judging by it, the game and its content are expected to skyrocket with the arrival of two brand new Advanced Classes, Glaivier, and Destroyer, and throw in a whole new territory for the players to explore, a new continent, South Vern.

As the developer noted, there are tons of other bits and pieces coming within two months, so let’s take a look at them below.

New Classes – Glaivier (Martial Arts) and Destroyer (Warrior)

As the company reveals, the Glaivier class yields a spear and glaive, two powerful weapons that allow her to slice and dice her way through the battlefield. The Glaivier also has two distinct skill sets, Focus and Flurry, which can swap between, offering her different abilities based on the weapons. Something similar to the Gunslinger. The Glaivier is expected to arrive during this month, April.

On the other side, we have a new Warrior Advanced Class coming in May. A terrifying, powerful Destroyer is ready to shake up the lands of the unforgiving and cold enemies. His primary weapon is a hammer that has the power to crush anything in its path. The Destroyer will be the fourth Warrior Class in total, joining the Paladin, Gunlancer, and Berserker.

New Continent – South Vern

Furthermore, Amazon Games is ready to release a whole new continent to provide new content for all the fans. The new content will be South Vern.

The settlers of South Vern borrowed technology from many different races to turn this once-barren land into a place of abundant waters and green pastures. Hearing rumors of the dangers that plagued North Vern, the Senate shut South Vern down and formed a new knightly order. Suspecting that something was amiss, Ealyn, the Queen of Vern ordered Knight Commander Avele to investigate. What could be happening to this peaceful continent? Uncover the mysteries of South Vern as you venture into this new region, encounter new characters, and complete quests. South Vern will join Punika as the second Tier 3 continent, requiring an item level of 1340 to begin. For our newer players, we’ll be sharing more information on how to work your way toward Tier 3 and join this new adventure.

New Guardian Raid – Deskaluda

Guardian Raids’ current lineup is slowly bending as they have fallen on their knees multiple times now. For that reason, the developers are ready to spice things up by releasing a brand new Guardian Raid, Deskaluda, whose strength will surely engulf the ones before. For that reason, Deskaluda will only be available for item level 1415 and above.

Legion Raid – Valtan

For the first time, the developer will also release a new Legion Raid, in which players will fight against Valtan. The raid will provide two different difficulties, Normal and Hard, and players will be available to get in by having item level 1415 or above. Unlike the Guardian Raids, Valtan is an 8-man Legion raid that introduces new type of mechanics. Thankfully, there will be checkpoints that will save players’ progress as they advance through.

Furthermore, the game will also receive new Trial Guardian Raids to provide fresh activity for players. Are you excited about the upcoming additions in Lost Ark?
