An apparent listing on Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s site showed a title called Yakuza Kiwami 3 for a short time, drawing attention because it appeared just days before the studio’s RGG Summit and livestream where new Like A Dragon projects are expected to be announced.
According to users on Reddit, Yakuza Kiwami 3 briefly appeared as a listing on the official Yakuza site and in Google search results.

Assuming those reports are accurate, the entry has since been removed. The timing matters because the appearance came about a week before a planned live stream event where Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio will outline its next Like A Dragon releases. Remakes titled Kiwami have precedent: the first two were remakes of the original games released in 2016 and 2017. Both of those remakes were recently announced for Nintendo Switch 2 and are due later this year.
Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s annual Summit will take place ahead of Tokyo Game Show on Wednesday, September 24 at 20:00 PT / 04:00 BST, followed by an RGG Direct that will provide more information about its announcements.
