Machine Gun Squads are making a comeback to Enlisted. More details about it can be found below:
Machine guns often get a bad rap as the bulky brutes of warfare, but there’s more than meets the eye. Enter the lighter models, those nimble weapons that can lead an assault when wielded by your most fearless soldiers. Now is your chance to bolster your ranks with premium machine gunner squads that come armed with rare artillery!
The clock is ticking from January 22nd (13:00 UTC) to January 26th (13:00 UTC), as unique premium squads equipped with the Browning wz. 1928 and Chauchat make their glorious return to the shop for Gold.
This Polish licensed version of the BAR found its way into German hands at the onset of World War II. You’ll notice some key differences in what’s affectionately dubbed the “Polish Browning”: a pistol grip, a lengthened barrel, and firing German 7.92x57mm Mauser cartridges. And let’s not forget about those dual firing modes—semi-auto or automatic—with a blistering rate of fire reaching up to 660 rounds per minute.
Ah, the Chauchat—the most mass-produced French machine gun from World War I that made its mark in World War II too! With only about 300 rounds per minute, it encourages players to play it cool rather than go full Rambo mode; sometimes careful aim and single shots will do you wonders.
Each squad features four machine gunners along with two extra slots for engineers or one engineer and one AT Gunner. Those engineers aren’t just sitting around—they can build everything from anti-aircraft and anti-tank guns to heavy machine guns! There’s real beauty in versatility here.
