Insurgency: Sandstorm with a new gameplay teaser trailer

Insurgency: Sandstorm

New World Interactive pushes their game to a next level as the new trailer appears to confirm the same. It’s not a conspiracy, yet the reality is on the verge. For what New World Interactive claims, is that the game will offer an experience closer to the actual truth with modern combat.

Being built in Unreal Engine 4, which one of today’s top-notch engines to develop in, the game offers excellent visuals and is further optimized regarding performance. Well, not everyone could bring that to the table. What I’d love to talk about is the mechanics in Insurgency: Sandstorm.

It appears that Insurgency: Sandstorm is still unknown on if it’s going to be an AAA game title or not, but the developers have claimed that will offer new mechanics and what’s more important, a story mode for which not many people know about. The story mode will be playable in co-op mode up to 4 players, and console players may have fun by playing split screen.

Since we’re at stories and modes, Insurgency: Sandstorm will also include a massive scale battle that will require a good set of skills. It will support up to 16v16 with many mechanics that look like some other AAA titles like CoD: WWII and Battlefield 1. The only difference is that these fights will occur in the modern era, so players will be able to use drones, air strike,s etc.

Last but not least, it will include weapon ballistics such as bullet drop, velocity, etc.
