Paving the Way is a quest in Arc Raiders, and for a start, you need to head to an ENELICA building on Dam Battlegrounds. The most obvious spot is the Water Treatment Control building. Approach from the main entrance on the south side and look to the right of the doorway for the notice board marked in the objective. Interact with the board to complete the first half of the quest and extract if needed before moving on to Buried City.
The second objective takes players to Buried City, to the southwest section of Piazza Roma. The target flat sits on the top floor above the Convinio, inside one of the two large apartment blocks. Once on the rooftop, the quest requires getting down to the lower of the two connected roofs and using the scrap bridge back into the building. Just go down one floor and you’ll find the console. Players do not need to extract with items for this mission, so bringing a free loadout is allowed, and splitting the work across two runs is a sensible approach. That’s all!
