Holiday 2018 event brings new Pokemon, Raid Bosses and Shinies

The long-awaited holiday 2018 event brings new surprises. Moreover, this event brings new Pokemon, as well as more bonuses and Shinies that are about to satisfy many pangs of hunger.

To make this whole event even better, Niantic stepped up its game to a whole new height. With that being said, let’s take a look at what’s to come in Pokemon GO during this holiday 2018 event.

New Shinies

  • Azurill
  • Azumarill
  • Delibird
  • Santa Hat Pikachu

Raid Bosses

Heatran is the new powerful T5 Legendary as well as many others who are still being reported as found. Currently, counted from T1 to T5:

TierRaid Bosses
Tier 1Shinx, Shellder, Magikarp, Buizel, Snorunt
Tier 2Sneasel, Dewgong, Mawile, Alolan Exeggutor
Tier 3Piloswine, Jynx, Machamp, Alolan Raichu
Tier 4Walrein, Lapras, Alolan Marowak, Tyranitar
Tier 5Heatran

There are also some other changes. Throughout this holiday event, player can spin a PokeStop and receive a free single-use Incubator until January 2.

New Wild Species have also arrived. They can be found below:

  • Skorupi – Evolves into Drapion
  • Finneon – Evolves into Lumineon
  • Bronzor – Evolves into Bronzong
  • Snover – Evolves into Abomasnow
  • Croagunk – Evolves into Toxicroak
