In a recent episode of HideoTube, Hideo Kojima shared some exciting information about the highly anticipated game Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. After the game’s State of Play trailer intrigued audiences, Kojima delved further into its mechanics, focusing specifically on its innovative terrain alteration features. This is a hallmark of Kojima’s promotional strategy, and fans eagerly anticipate the game’s release.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is an upcoming video game that promises to create a unique gaming experience for players through its innovative real-time terrain deformation feature. According to Kojima, the game’s world will be affected by various natural calamities, such as earthquakes, forest fires, and floods. These disasters will change the landscape in real-time and force players to quickly adapt their strategies and navigate the evolving challenges that such unpredictable events present.

The newest trailer gave us a sneak peek into a dynamic world, showcasing intense scenes of destruction, such as a bridge collapsing due to a flash flood and a mountain falling apart during an earthquake. Kojima’s announcement has confirmed that these events are not singular occurrences but rather a part of a comprehensive system that aims to immerse players in a constantly changing world where survival depends on one’s ability to adapt.
