Hideo Kojima has shared the first poster for PHYSINT, his upcoming espionage action project with PlayStation, and confirmed several cast members as development continues. No release date or platform was announced, although PlayStation is confirmed, and the game will likely be available on PS6 and PS5.
Kojima shared an update during a livestream earlier today, posting the poster and confirming the first actors linked to the project. Australian model and actress Charlee Fraser, action star Don Lee, and Japanese actor Minami Hamabe are now attached to PHYSINT.

Work on the game is still ongoing, and the long-running SAG-AFTRA strike reportedly slowed casting at one point. Kojima Productions has been working with 3Lateral to capture and model the cast for in-game faces, and early renders of Minami Hamabe were shown alongside the poster.
The project has also been linked to a movie component, with Sony Pictures Entertainment reportedly involved when PHYSINT was first announced. Kojima has kept plot details under wraps, and the lead character remains unconfirmed, which is why the poster keeps its central figure in shadow.
There are lots of questions left open, from when the game will arrive to how the movie tie-in will work. But confirmation of the cast and the 3Lateral renders give a clearer sense of the direction Kojima is taking, a very cinematic approach to a PlayStation exclusive.
