The world of cloud gaming continues to expand as Nvidia announces the addition of Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition and Dordogne to the GeForce Now streaming service. This comes alongside news that a selection of Xbox Game Pass titles will soon be added to the service, enhancing the already extensive library for GeForce Now members.

For those who may not be familiar, Nvidia’s GeForce Now is a game streaming service that allows users to play games hosted on remote servers, with the processed video streamed directly to the player’s device. This technology bypasses the need for expensive gaming hardware, making high-quality PC gaming accessible to a broader audience. Instead of downloading games, GeForce Now users can simply stream them across various devices, including PCs, Macs, smart TVs, Chromebooks, and mobile devices.

The latest additions to GeForce Now’s library, Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition and Dordogne, highlight the service’s diverse gaming offerings. Age of Empires IV is a real-time strategy game that allows players to experience the epic scope of history’s greatest empires. As the latest entry in the long-running Age of Empires series, it offers thrilling combat and intricate civilization-building mechanics.

On the other hand, Dordogne is a beautifully hand-painted adventure game set in the stunning region of Dordogne, France. The game combines exploration and puzzle-solving as the protagonist, Mimi, navigates her grandmother’s memories to understand her past and heritage.

This news follows hot on the heels of Sony’s announcement that they are testing cloud streaming for PS5 games, a feature that will be available to PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers when it launches. As cloud gaming services continue to expand and evolve, gamers can look forward to more options and easier access to their favorite games.
