The challenge asks you to warm yourself by the Fireplace in the Winterfest Cabin.
Unlike other challenges, you do not need to leave the cabin at all. Instead, after picking up the challenge from the stocking, you should only click on the fireplace and sit there for a couple of seconds. To clarify, check the image below:
