Epic Games is about to crank up the heat with a wild collaboration that brings the iconic Mortal Kombat characters into Fortnite’s Universe. This upcoming season is rumored to feature Mythics inspired by none other than Sub-Zero and Scorpion.

The chatter started when reliable insiders revealed details about Fortnite’s next chapter. Thanks to a teaser poster showcasing Sub-Zero for the new season called Lawless, we already saw this crossover. The talks continued as notable leakers like FNBRIntel and ShiinaBR revealed more about two skins: Sub-Zero arriving first, with Scorpion entering later.

The other Mortal Kombat skin will be Scorpion it'll be added later in Season 2 🔥

The latest scoop from FNBRIntel adds even more spice. They revealed that players can look forward to wielding Mythics inspired by these legendary fighters’ weapons. Picture this: Sub-Zero’s chilling ice gauntlets as melee weapons on the battlefield. Also, let’s not forget Scorpion’s Spear Hook which will echo his classic “Get over here!” line every time you snag an opponent.

This rollercoaster of news comes just in time as Fortnite’s Lawless season drops on February 21, 2025. Players will dive headfirst into Crime City while jamming out to Big Dill’s new single, released alongside it. Oh, but there’s more! Rumors are swirling around potential collaborations with Yakuza-themed content and some exciting DC collaborations, especially after MultiVersus has taken its final bow.
