Epic Games has announced that Fortnite will get its 17.30 update on August 3. This update is estimated to contain all of the assets for the upcoming Musical Event in Fortnite. The event is called Rift Tour and will be featuring Ariana Grande, which will occur in a time span of 2 days. Starting from August 6 to August 8, the show will play numerous times, making the tour accessible to everyone.
The event itself will provide numerous in-game quests and challenges to provoke a much more entertaining gameplay experience. With various tasks spread across the Fortnite island, each one of them will offer unique rewards such as cosmetics and other in-game items.
The official announcement for the arrival of update 17.30 has been posted on Twitter by Fortnite Status. The update will release in the early morning, with server downtime starting at 01:30 AM ET / 05:30 AM UTC.

What we know so far is that Ariana Grande will arrive in the game, with a skin of herself, emote, back bling, and other cosmetics. Participants in the event will also get free rewards.
