Neo Tilted is no longer Neo anymore. Thanks to the Rift Beacon that started doing its work, Neo Tilted is turned into Tilted Town, which has somewhat become the Wild West, including new rules for all the visitors.
Tilted Town has strict rules and doesn’t allow visitors to break nor build anything of their imagination. To satisfy this rule in common sense, Tilted will offer all of the unvaulted weapons, and that exclusively. They won’t be available at any different location.
