Shortly after the release of Fortnite patch 12.60, data miners have found strings that allegedly serve to bring back the ShadowBomb to Fortnite. The Shadow Bomb was first discovered in patch 8.51, having a strong impact on competitive matches. An item everyone loves to have in possession, especially during late game.
Shadow Bomb
- Shrouds yourself in shadow, briefly becoming invisible to enemies.
- 6-second duration
- User becomes more visible to others near the end of the effect.
- Increases your movement speed, provides the ability to double jump, and wall jump.
- Players are unable to attack, build, or loot while under the effects of the Shadow Bomb.
Well, even if the server maintenance hasn’t finished yet, it seems that the Shadow Bomb is making a comeback, especially after the following string was found added in the files:
Ability.Athena.Item.ShadowBomb
