Fortnite Fan Compiles Fixes for Over 350 Bugs in OG Season 5, Offers Epic a Helping Hand

A Fortnite player lists hundreds of bugs and possible fixes for Fortnite OG: Season 5 in hopes Epic takes notice.

One Fortnite fan has gone above and beyond by cataloging more than 350 bugs in Fortnite OG: Season 5, even suggesting fixes for many of them. This isn’t your typical player complaint thread; it’s a detailed breakdown aimed at making life easier for the developers at Epic Games.

Twitter user AllyJax recently shared a massive thread listing every remaining issue they could find in the game. They admit Fortnite OG is less buggy than it was a few months ago, but plenty of problems still linger. I tried scrolling through the list myself, but my finger cramped before I could get through it all. That alone says a lot.

AllyJax’s thread starts with a bold call: “IMPORTANT: READ IF YOU’RE AT EPIC.” They link to a Pastebin document that breaks down all the bugs and groups them by what can be fixed with hotfixes and what can’t. Every issue includes a note on what to change to fix it, preparing to make the process as straightforward as possible for anyone at Epic who is willing to look.

They describe their work as a “very in depth list of all issues and how to fix them, every incorrect asset, every little thing,” including a hotfix proposal that could instantly solve over 50 major problems. It’s a lot of effort for a fan to put in, especially without any guarantee Epic will act on it.

Still, it’s kinda impressive to see such dedication. It begs the question: why isn’t this the norm? Could a community-driven bug list like this speed up fixing the mess that sometimes feels like Fortnite’s ongoing state? Or maybe Epic has its own internal chaos going on. Either way, this thread is worth a look if you’re into Fortnite’s behind-the-scenes drama.
