Epic has published the full competitive calendar for Fortnite in December 2025, and it stacks up as one of the busiest competitive months in recent memory. The centerpiece is the Road to Unreal program. Players must reach level 350 to enter the Road to Unreal Ranked Cups, which run daily from December 5 to 21. Hitting Unreal Rank by December 20 qualifies Duos teams for the $1,000,000 Unreal Cup on December 20 and guarantees unlockable in-game rewards like outfits, pickaxes and gliders.
Alongside that road map, Epic is running 17 Victory Cups from December 5 to 9 with a combined prize pool of $810,000, a named Chaos Champion FNCS Cup on December 1 for solo players and the first-ever Fortnite Mobile Series that will hand out cash prizes through multiple qualifiers.
