Ubisoft’s decision to expand The Division has been very welcome, despite the plunging numbers in player numbers. Considering it’s a free-to-play Ubisoft original, it will grasp a new wave of fans. The Division: Heartland will be a free-to-play standalone game for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
