The Arena World Championship and Mythic Dungeon International are set to close out The War Within Season 3 with two back-to-back Grand Finals in November. Dates, formats and on-air lineups are now confirmed and the events will stream on the official Warcraft Twitch and YouTube channels.
The core details are in the official Blizzard announcement. The AWC Grand Finals run Nov 14 – 16 and the MDI Global Finals follow Nov 21 – 23. Both weekends also include Twitch Drops that unlock the Ensemble: Violet Sweatsuit transmog for viewers who watch on Twitch during the broadcasts.
AWC Grand Finals
The AWC field will be decided with a single-elimination gauntlet that sends one final team into the double-elimination Grand Finals bracket. Four teams from each region will meet in the bracket to contest the championship and split a $220,000 prize pool.
Matches begin at 10 a.m. PST on Nov 14. On-air talent listed for the weekend includes Gillian ‘Eiya’ Long, Sid ‘Supatease’ Compston, Elliott ‘Venruki’ Venczel and Mohamed ‘Ziqo’ Beshir. Guest analysts include Isaac ‘Azael’ Cummings-Bentley and David ‘DMachine’ Hollings. Co-streaming applications remain open ahead of the broadcast for creators who want to run their own channels during the show.
MDI Global Finals
The MDI Global Finals use a keystone-pushing format where eight teams race to clear the highest-level Mythic+ keys. The team that finishes the highest key in a series advances. The event starts at 9:45 a.m. PST on Nov 21 and carries a $300,000 prize pool.
On-air talent for MDI includes Tristan ‘Dratnos’ Killeen, Moira ‘Meeix’, Caroline ‘Naguura’ Forer, Rook ‘Rookuri’, Peyton ‘Tettles’ Tettleton and Alex ‘Xyronic’ Tatge. Raider.IO hosts the complete list of qualified teams and the running order for the competition.
AWC settles the PvP side of The War Within Season 3. Expect meta debates around composition choices and tempo as teams try to exploit the current balance window. MDI will be a different kind of pressure test since every second matters in keystone pushing. The two events together will close out the season and act as a spotlight heading into BlizzCon 2026 where Blizzard says both tournaments will return.
Fans who want the easiest way to grab the Violet Sweatsuit transmog should watch on Twitch during either weekend. Streams will also be available on YouTube for viewers who prefer that platform.
Comments and thoughts are welcome and readers can follow and talk to the team on X, Bluesky and YouTube.
