Escape From Tarkov will get another maintenance to improve server infrastructure

Escape From Tarkov, one of the most realistic and brutal first-person shooters, will get another server maintenance starting tomorrow, March 18. The server maintenance will start at 01:00 MSK and last for about five hours, until 06:00 MSK time. The main focus of this maintenance will be the improvement of the server infrastructure and modernization.

According to the official statement:

From March, 18 01:00 MSK till March, 18 06:00 MSK (from March, 17 3:00 PM PT till March, 17 08:00 PM PT) server technical works will be carried out on the servers. During this period, the backend and game servers infrastructure will be modernized. The game will not be available during this period.

Escape From Tarkov had concluded a couple of updates over the past period. The developer Battlestate Games is still committed to improving the game even further. So far, we can affirm that patch 0.12.9 has been one of the most advanced patches in terms of netcode and game quality. We can agree that so far, the only problem in Escape From Tarkov is the unhealthy economy, as the Bitcoin price reflects the real-life sum and has bolstered to maximum in-game.

Battlestate Games continues to battle against hackers daily. Since the start of patch 0.12.9, god knows how many cheaters have been banned. If we lean on the data provided back in January, over 30,000 cheaters have been exterminated. That itself confirms how dedicated BattlEye and BSG currently are.
