Escape From Tarkov April’s Onslaught Has Banned Over 3,800 Cheaters

Escape from Tarkov, the wildly popular hardcore first-person shooter is making headlines once again. And what else if not another wave of bans? Since April 1st, with the support of BattlEye anti-cheat, more than 3,800 cheaters have been banned from the game. This relentless pursuit of rule-breakers is a testament to the ongoing efforts of Battlestate Games and BattlEye in making the game a fair and enjoyable experience for all players.

This recent wave of bans is a part of an ongoing effort to combat cheating in the game. The number of banned cheaters has been gradually dwindling since BSG improved its anti-cheat measures and began working more closely with BattlEye, a prominent anti-cheat service provider. The collaboration has proven to be fruitful, resulting in an overall decrease in cheating incidents.

In a recent TarkovTV Podcast, Nikita, the COO of BSG, revealed that since the game’s launch, more than 25,000 cheaters have been banned. With the additional bans since April 1st, the total number of banned cheaters now stands at an astonishing 30,000. This figure demonstrates the commitment of BSG and BattlEye to ensuring a fair gaming environment for all players.

To further discourage cheating, BSG has published a list of shame, which consists of all banned accounts. This public spreadsheet can be found at the following link. The list serves as a deterrent for potential cheaters, as they risk not only losing their account but also being publicly exposed for their transgressions.

My goal is to deliver fresh news and updates, but most of the time I want to work on guides. Since I have rebooted this website, I am planning on making it huge. Just you wait!
