Pick this shit up from those Scav idiots and bring it here.\nWhen the action in Tarkov started, Scavs looted all warehouses with this gear, and now run around in them like dumbasses, thinking it may help against bullets. Dickheads. And yeah! While you’re at it, find some kits for blood transfer, my eggheads are really bad. Don’t care where you find them, but I need them fresh, not from traders. We need to fix my boys quickly, or that may be the sorry end of them…

Where to find respirators?
- Respirators are usually found on Scavs. Sometimes they are easy to notice on Scavs. Other times they might not render. In any case, you should loot your Scav kills and hope they’re wearing a Respirator. Unlike the Medical Bloodsets, Respirators cannot be crafted in the hideout.
Where to find Medical Bloodsets?
- Medical Bloodsets in Escape From Tarkov can be found in medical buildings, medical cases, sports bags, hidden stashes, on Scavs, etc. However, this time we’ll talk about a different type of acquisition, and that is through Hideout Crafting.
- 1x Medical Bloodset can be crafted in Medstation level 2
