EA FC 26 Ultimate Team is back with its iconic pack openings, and the walkout animation has just leaked. If you’ve ever opened a pack hoping for that flashy high-rated player, you know the excitement. Now, thanks to a leak from the EA FC 26 beta, we get a glimpse of what EA has cooked up for the walkout animation, including what happens if you score a double walkout.
Walkouts usually mean a player rated 86 or above, or a special promo card, and they’re a massive part of the pack-opening hype. The animations have evolved over the years, and this time, it looks like EA has switched things up quite a bit. The leaked video, shared by @fdbmcfc on X, shows a 20-second clip of the new animation in action.

Gone is the long tunnel from FC 25, instead, the animation cuts quickly between the player’s position, country, league, and club. The card then reveals itself, with the rating slowly climbing to the final number. When it’s a double walkout, the video pauses briefly on the first card before unveiling the second player, who then runs into the frame. Pretty slick, right?
So, how does this new style stack up against previous walkout animations? Is it cooler, or does it lose some of the old magic? Maybe EA was going for a faster pace, or just something a bit more current. What do you think?
