Exciting times are ahead for fans of the Dragon Ball franchise! The upcoming Hero of Justice DLC for Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is about to drop, bringing along a roster of beloved characters and new challenges. With so much content packed into this update, it’s hard not to feel giddy about what’s coming our way.

The DLC 1, Hero of Justice, is scheduled for release on January 23, 2025. Players can get a head start with early access beginning on January 21 at midnight CET or January 20 at 15:00 PST. Bandai Namco recently released a thrilling trailer that highlights what players can expect. You can check it out here:

This DLC introduces an impressive lineup of 11 new playable characters. Among them, fans have been eagerly waiting for Gohan’s transformation into Beast Gohan and his other forms featured in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. Likewise, Orange Piccolo appears alongside villains such as Gamma 1, Gamma 2, and Cell Max. It looks like the battles will be intense and full of surprises!

The DLC also spices things up with three custom battles. Imagine facing off against the classic Androids or battling Cell Max; those scenarios sound fantastic! Plus, Gohan will have a showdown with Goku. What could be more epic than that? To top it all off, players will receive an exclusive Red Ribbon Army costume for Piccolo.

If that wasn’t enough excitement, there’s also a limited-time mode called Legendary Warrior Face-Off Mode. Here, players can test their skills against formidable foes, starting with none other than Broly. This could add a fresh layer to the gameplay while developers gather feedback for future tests.

In case you missed it, Dragon Ball Sparking Zero has made waves as one of the best-selling games in Bandai Namco’s history. The previous updates brought exciting features too, like unlocking all stages for local multiplayer mode, perfect for those cozy gaming nights with friends!
