Here’s the skinny: the patch focuses solely on fixing this trophy glitch, which has been a thorn in the side of the community since the game launched on PS5. According to id Software, the hotfix “resolves the issue some users have been experiencing where they were unable to unlock the Berserker Achievement/Trophy upon obtaining the necessary upgrades.”
