Many events from the video game industry have faced cancelation due to the COVID-19 outbreak. E3 2020 and Gamescom have also been a part of that. So as will QuakeCon 2020, which event won’t conduct physically, will sustain a digital edition in which multiple players will be able to compete from home. The time for the QuakeCon at Home Event has come.
This is the 25th Annual QuakeCon that will be held remotely. The broadcast of QuakeCon at Home will be available on different streaming services, including Bethesda’s and QuakeCon’s official Twitch Channel. QuakeCon At Home 2020 will run until August 9, which means there we’ll have plenty of entertainment on our hands throughout this weekend.
Join Bethesda Softworks Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications Pete Hines for the details on QuakeCon at Home activities, charities, and sales – plus updates on games including DOOM Eternal, The Elder Scrolls Online and much more.
Tournament Prizes will also be there to spice up the entertainment and bring fun to the Livestream, but due to its online course, trust issues may arise. Nevertheless, we’re here for comfort, and that’s what’s most important.
