DICE has warned players to expect server queues when logging into Battlefield 6 at launch, as high demand is likely to create a day-one rush.Hype around the release has been strong since the beta, and interest from critics and players has been high. The open beta has already seen long waits, with server queues stretching over 200,000 players. Well, now, we talk about something completely different, with server queues reaching over 500,000 players. How about that?

Earlier today, in an X post, Battlefield Comms announced that the launch is expected at 15:00 UTC, with many players likely to log in simultaneously. To manage the spike, a queue system will be used during launch and other peak moments to keep logins stable.
A short update on login queues as we prepare for the launch of Battlefield 6 later today.

Queues aim to limit the number of players hitting servers at once, reducing the chance of laggy matches or disconnects. During the beta some players waited over an hour before capacity was increased, so longer waits at launch are possible.
