Delta Force hits 213,519 concurrent players after August 19 console launch

PC shooter Delta Force reached a new peak after its August 19 console release

Delta Force, developed by Team Jade, has reached a new all-time concurrent peak, topping 213,519 players, a milestone reported on September 7, 2025 following the game’s recent console release on August 19, 2025. That surge matters because it pushed more players back onto PC months after the original December 5, 2024 launch.

Data from SteamDB’s Delta Force charts show the peak concurrent count at 213,519. The number is the game’s highest yet.

While the PC launch on December 5, 2024 established a steady base, the August 19, 2025 console release appears to have drawn lapsed players back to spike concurrent numbers on SteamDB. Player interest climbed almost every month after the initial PC release, and the recent platform expansion amplified that trend. At the time of reporting the game holds a 60.6% satisfactory rating across roughly 138,000 reviews, which offers some context for the community reaction.

The iconic series returns as the definitive free-to-play modern team-based tactical shooter, featuring three distinct gameplay modes:

  • Warfare: Battle the enemy across land, sea, and air in truly epic 32v32 PvP combat, featuring a wide range of vehicles and unique tactical gear.
  • Operations: Delta Force meets the next generation extraction shooter as you deploy behind enemy lines with your squad, search for valuables, take on rival players, and extract before it’s too late. Alternatively, our PvE Raid mode offers challenging objective-based missions designed to push your squad to the limit.
  • Black Hawk Down: step into the boots of legendary Delta Force operators for this remake of the classic series campaign based on the gripping 2001 movie.

The concurrent peak confirms renewed interest across platforms and reinforces that the title’s free-to-play approach plus a multi-mode offering has resonated with a broad audience.
