Delta Force arrives on consoles as a free-to-play shooter, which might surprise some, given its extensive content. Team Jade and TiMi Studio Group have offered a whole campaign, multiplayer modes, and extraction-shooter elements without charging a console purchase fee. That’s pretty generous, considering most shooters would ask for a price upfront.

So, does that mean you can jump into Delta Force on PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S without spending a dime? Yes, you can. There’s zero console price for the game, and it’s accessible to anyone who wants to try it out.

Monetization will come through microtransactions, similar to how the game has operated on Steam since its 2024 launch. Players on PC have shown a willingness to spend on in-game items because the shooter delivers solid quality. This model allows the game to remain free to play while still generating revenue.

Yes, Delta Force is free to play on these consoles. You get the complete package without paying anything upfront.

The campaign, multiplayer, and extraction modes are all included. While the game itself is free, an optional pre-order bundle is available for $9.99 or £7.39 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. This package offers some exclusive digital goodies for players who want to support the game or get a head start.

The pre-order bundle includes:

  • CAR-15 – Atlantis x1
  • Delta Coin x750
  • Intermediate Weapon EXP Token x5
  • M249 – Immortal x1
  • Premium Weapon EXP Token x2
  • Vityaz – Aerospace x1
