PlayStation has published the PC system requirements for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach and confirms the PC port launches March 19, 2026. Nixxes and Kojima Productions are handling the port. The company also says the PC release will include new modes and features for both platforms.
Graphics options and upscaling
The PlayStation blog post outlines a range of graphics presets and a dedicated portable preset for handhelds. Players will be able to use upscaling and frame generation tools including NVIDIA DLSS 4, AMD FSR 4, and Intel XESS 2. An option called Pico, short for Progressive Image Compositor, is included in the upscale settings. Pico was developed by Guerrilla for the Decima engine and is the same upscaling technology used on the PS5 version of Death Stranding 2. Dynamic Resolution Scaling and Native AA are available as well.
The PC version supports ultrawide displays at 21:9 and 32:9, in addition to 16:9. The 21:9 option will also be available on the PS5 version on PC release day.
