We are on the precipice of another significant transition as we head into September 26th. As previously announced, the game is set for its second wipe, a move that has been in the discussions for a while but has been brought to the forefront because of unforeseen issues. Here’s a brief recap and what you should expect:
Unlike the first wipe that reset all player progress, this time, you’ll keep your characters and their level progression. What gets affected? Your inventory. All items and gold in your character’s possession will be wiped.
Though delayed, the Early Access Patch #1 will be released with the wipe. This is not merely an update, it’s a revamp. Expect almost every class, weapon, and item in the game to undergo tweaks, modifications, and shifts, aiming for a balanced gaming environment.
A severe gold duping bug led to the rescheduling. This issue required an immediate fix (achieved through the emergency Hotfix #13) and warranted this second wipe to preserve game integrity.
Ironmace is committed to a fair play environment. Comprehensive investigations are underway, and accounts found to have exploited the bug will face bans.
