With 2 days ahead of Cyberpunk 2077’s release, the team behind the game decided to remind the PC fans on Twitter that 100% of the sales will go straight to CD Projekt Red if you buy the game from GOG.com, unlike Steam or Epic Games Store. This may be one of the biggest weeks for gaming of the decade, as Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most anticipated games of recent years.
Planning on getting #Cyberpunk2077? Here's a small reminder: if you purchase it on @GOGcom, 100% of your money will go to the CD PROJEKT Group!

On other platforms, such as PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and the EGS, CD Projekt Red takes about 70% of sales due to each platform’s platform fees. If you seriously want to support CD Projekt Red, I’d recommend purchasing Cyberpunk 2077 from GOG.com, and even if it’s not as popular as the Epic Games Launcher or Steam, it’s still been around for a long time.
Cyberpunk 2077 is FINALLY set to release in 2 days, on December 10th, for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Google Stadia. After so many months of waiting, we can finally get our hands on CD Projekt Red’s most ambitious game yet. Let’s not forget that CDPR was also behind Rhe Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, so many high expectations are coming from fans.
Some game journalist sites like IGN, Gamespot, etc., have already rated Cyberpunk 2077, but it’s best to try out the game ourselves instead of making assumptions based on critics, each with their different mindsets.
