CD Projekt Red has just announced that Cyberpunk 2077 will face yet another delay of 21 days. The new release date is slated for December 10. The cause for the delay is bound to the game’s delivery across the globe and shipping on current and next-gen consoles and PCs at the same time, which further requires the developers to test the integrity of 9 different versions.
Those game versions are for Stadia, PC, PS5, PS4/Pro, Xbox One/X, Xbox Series X/S. In this uncertain time, due to the pandemic around the globe, most of the developers are pushed to work from home to minimize the risk and spread of the virus. Hence, not only Cyberpunk 2077 faced delays, but numerous other games such as World of Warcraft Shadowlands, and others too.
