COR3 Image Shows an Eerie Augmented Humanoid and the Tagline ‘Future is Set’

The COR3 corporate account posted the image on March 18, 2026, following a February 1 trailer that hinted at a Mars-set wreckage and floating cosmonauts.

A new image tied to the COR3 project surfaced on March 18, 2026, showing a strange humanoid with black eyes and visible augmentations standing behind a blurry, armed figure, with the phrase Future is Set printed at the bottom. The post came from the COR3 corporate account on X, which published the image alongside no further explanation.

The image follows a February 1 trailer that presented a ruined Martian landscape, derelict spacecraft, and floating cosmonauts. That trailer left plenty of questions and has become the center of an ARG that players have been piecing apart since it appeared.

Visually, the new artwork leans heavily into retro-futuristic and horror-tinged sci-fi. The humanoid’s deep black eyes and what looks like a wormhole or portal behind it contrast with the lower, armed silhouette that resembles the soldier shown in the earlier trailer. Beyond the tagline, the post offered no release window, platform details, or developer credits.

People in the Tarkov community and beyond have been linking these COR3 crumbs back to Nikita Buyanov, who has shared related material before. Buyanov previously pointed players to an in-world mock site called COR3.gg, where it had a solid web-based ARG content.

There’s still uncertainty about what the project actually is. The name COR3 has been used in posts, but some documentation and chatter have also referred to a codename, Blue Mars. The new image did not resolve those questions and instead added another piece to the ongoing puzzle.

Community threads continue to parse file fragments, site text, and imagery for lore hooks. Some players say the ARG pace has been slow, while others argue the drip-feed approach is intentional and part of the experience. For now, specifics such as platform targets, developer team, and whether this will be a standalone game or a tie-in to other projects remain unconfirmed.
