CoD: Black Ops Season 1 is now officially delayed to a later date. The game is obviously struggling to offer a substantial amount of content in which players may enjoy playing the game. The lash of negative feedback on the Twitter announcement has confirmed the same.
Treyarch has decided to delay the start of the first season of CoD: Black Ops Cold War for 6 additional days. It is coming out on December 16. Previously, the season was scheduled to start on December 10. The launch of the first season will also introduce a new Warzone map, and enrich the Warzone arsenal with over 30 Black Ops Cold War base weapons.
The multiplayer version of CoD: Black Ops Cold War will also receive content such as new Multiplayer maps, fan-favorite 6v6 modes and playlists, and 2v2 Gunfight with four new maps, including a massive Fireteam map.
The cause for the delay is the need to finalize everything before unleashing this massive update. Because of the delay, Treyarch will include a Double XP on Saturday, December 12, which will last until the launch of Season one. This will be a perfect time period to bolster your weapons and unlock attachments so that you could use them in Warzone.
